The chain moves on a plastic or metal bed and inside special profiles made of aluminum or iron by a chain wheel connected to the gearbox motor.
Goods or products transported on pallets can be stopped at different work stations by stoppers to complete the assembly operation without stopping the conveyor chain from moving.
In this conveyor, using special designs (elevator, turntable, …) it is possible to separate the change of direction and also the rotation of the product in different directions.

The structure of the chain consists of hardened metal parts and a round weed roller, which is made of polymer or iron depending on the type of use.

The movement of the chain inside the iron or aluminum profile is on a bed of polymer materials (mainly polyethylene), which prevents wear and corrosion on the profile of the conveyor body.
