The main steps taken to assemble and complete a home or industrial refrigerator are summarized as follows.

– The preparation of the external body of the refrigerator ends with cutting metal plates, welding, preparation for painting and painting. In some of its types, stainless steel sheet is also used, which eliminates some of the mentioned processes.
– The internal body of the refrigerator is made integrally using special molds and plastic materials that are mainly foams such as polyurethane.
– The cooling mechanism includes compressor, condenser, evaporator and expansion system.
– Product testing stages include cooling test, performance test including leakage control, vacuum, gas charging, safety test and efficiency test (energy).
-Finally, the product is packaged, which different companies use different methods in packaging and using different materials (carton, foam, strapping, bubble wrap, etc.).
